Ordering

If you are forwarding prints to us via mail or courier, please complete our online order form and submit to us via this web site. You can also print a printer-friendly version of this form for ordering by fax. Be sure to indicate any special instructions (e.g. brush strokes, easel stand backing; additional stretching, etc.) on your order form. For large prints, please roll and package in a shipping tube. If you prefer to order via telephone, please contact us at 604-552-0606 or toll free at 1-800-599-9817. Please have the following information ready:

  • Print item number and name of publisher to order from
  • What services you require (e.g. canvas transfer, plaque mounting, stone tile transfer)
  • The method of payment you will be using
  • Address of recipient

Note that Cloudburst is a wholesale company and only sells to resellers. First-time customers must complete a New Account Application Form prior to ordering services.

Shipping

All artwork is carefully packaged in foam wrap and shipped to you in a sturdy box container. Shipping is usually between seven - 10 days, depending on order volume and destination.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Cloudburst Designs has built its reputation on customer satisfaction. We guarantee our mounted prints against damage in transit, and will replace any print that does not arrive as specified and in perfect condition. If a suitable replacement is not available, we will provide a credit for our services. This credit can be applied to any future order(s).
